Privacy

Your projects and checkpoints are private to your Zerg account. We store your Zerg identity, display name, and verified email to provide sign-in and project ownership.

Verification sends the selected circuit to our checker. Operational logs record result categories and timing, without project documents or tensor values. You can export your projects and delete them from your project library; deletion also removes their checkpoints. Database backups may retain deleted data until their retention period expires.

When you message Zerg, your message, conversation history, and the selected saved project can be sent through ZergRouter to the configured model provider, currently OpenAI. Conversations and tool results are stored privately in your account so you can resume them. Deleting a project does not remove copies already included in a conversation; contact us to remove those records. The assistant previews transformations without editing your project.

Feedback capture starts when you choose to submit it. Text, screenshots, or recordings you select are sent to the Zerg Kernel project board for review by the project team. Browser screen sharing can include visible project content; review the selected capture source before sharing. Complete project documents are not attached automatically.

Unsent project changes and unfinished feedback may remain in your browser for recovery, separated by account. They do not automatically become another account’s work.
